Bring a (bigger) Sherpa* on your run!
T8 designed these for hardcore trail runners who love their regular Sherpa Shorts but want to go that extra mile (or 50!) without wearing a backpack.
New features include:

- Adjustable and removable pole holders
- Rear padding protects against pole chafe
- Laser-cut fabric and mesh crotch for extra ventilation
Plus all the same features as their regular Sherpa Shorts:
- Super lightweight 78gsm fabric with 4-way stretch and DWR coating
- Four hyper-stretch mesh pockets for bounce-free comfort
- Handy pull tabs with detachable race bib holders, internal key holder
- 6" in-seam and reversible drawstring holes
- Composition - 80% nylon, 20% elastane
"Perfect for running Hong Kong 100 without a backpack. I fit three soft flasks, rain jacket, phone, poles, head torch and gels, and all with zero bounce." - John Ellis, 14 time Hong Kong 100 Finisher and Co-Founder of T8
Important Sizing Notes:
These are unisex design so men should wear their regular Sherpa size, while women should size down (eg. women's M = unisex S). Also, please note the extra secure waistband will feel tighter initially but relax over time.
Finding Your Right Fit
-
T8 uses Asian sizing. If you have large quads, are looking for a more comfortable fit, or are used to western sizing, consider going up a size.
-
Men looking for a shorter racing short can consider the ladies version. It works surprisingly well and looks sharp too.
-
Pull your Sherpas over your belly button (see below - grandpa style!), tie the drawstring tight, then pull it down over your hips for minimum bounce. Inside and outside slits allow it to be tied inside or outside the waistband.

*While colloquially known as elite mountaineer guides, Sherpas are more accurately a major ethnic group in the eastern regions of Nepal. T8 believe in giving back, so 1% of Sherpa Short sales will be donated to the Himalayan Trust Nepal to support their fabulous work. HTN was established in 1960 by Sir Edmund Hillary and provides holistic community-led sustainable development in the Solukhumbu district, with a particular focus on healthcare, education and earthquake rebuilding.
