Directions To prevent chafing and blisters, apply SNB to your underarms, inner thighs, crotch, nipples or feet, or under your bra or pack straps before activity. Re-apply as needed. The stick is best used in cooler temperatures below 70℉.

It's small and pack able and always great to have on hand. Besides being a running go to, its also just a great product to have on hand for any skin irritation, I find myself using this to replace lotions.

I’ve also used it when a piece of casual clothing is causing some irritation. Since it is made with all natural products I feel safe allowing my young children to use it if they have a hot spot in their shoes. I always throw it in my bag for adventures and travels.
