These electrolyte capsules are packed with sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium--in a ratio that matches the electrolyte composition found in your sweat. There’s also a small amount of Vitamin D, to help you absorb calcium--which is essential in muscle activation.
SaltStick Caps can be taken alone with water, or to bump up your electrolyte intake (especially important if you’re a salty sweater) during long, hard and hot sessions.
