One Runner's White-Knuckle Quest to Destroy the Separations Between Hell, Paradise & Himself
Ng Seow Kong is part of Malaysia's (very small) first generation of ultrarunners, and he has played an important role in the development of the sport in Malaysia (he founded the Malaysia Ultra Runners Association) and around Southeast Asia.
His accomplishments include circumnavigating Taiwan, running the length of Malaysia from north to south (and separately, from west to east), and completing the Hong Kong 100 ten years in a row.
