Founder's Profile: Jeri Chua of Red Dot Running Company
Jeri Chua, founder of Red Dot Running Company (RDRC), is a trailblazer in endurance sports. She started her career with a historic qualification for the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, and became the first Singaporean to achieve this feat. Jeri's passion didn't stop at triathlons; she expanded her repertoire to ultramarathon running, setting benchmarks in Asia with notable finishes in some of the world’s toughest races, including the gruelling 330-kilometre Tor Des Geants and the 400-kilometre Ultra Trail Gobi Race.

Her rigorous training and endurance racing meant that finding the proper nutrition, both for racing and recovery, would be a key focus for attaining peak performance. Everything that Jeri stocks at Red Dot Running Company is tried and tested by her and the staff. These are specially curated products and nutrition that she stands by. She has used many of these for training and races, giving her first-hand experience of what works when it comes to refueling.
As she traveled around the world for international races, Jeri’s adventurous and positive disposition saw her connect with a tight-knit community of avid athletes. Many of these athletes would draw on their deep experiences in the world of racing and go on to develop innovative products for endurance sports.
Jeri has always been a visionary. Being at the forefront of the international trail running, triathlon, and ultra scene meant she could witness the gear, apparel, and evolution in the sport, along with energy replenishment and recovery techniques that world-class athletes champion. In Red Dot Running Company, Jeri has combined her passion for racing with her love of great products to grow her own community of like-minded athletes and sports enthusiasts.

As a female entrepreneur, she has cultivated a community that values quality, expertise, and inclusivity, making RDRC not just a store but a hub for athletes of all levels. RDRC offers expertly curated gear, apparel, and nutrition products, alongside invaluable guidance drawn from Jeri’s own experiences in the field.
