HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines running with functional workouts and is designed for every fitness level. Originating in Germany, HYROX has quickly spread worldwide, offering a unique challenge for both amateur and elite athletes. Each race consists of eight 1km running segments and eight workout stations, testing endurance, strength, and agility.

The HYROX Experience
Participants can expect a series of workouts, including sled pushes, rowing, burpee broad jumps, and more, interleaved with running. The consistent format worldwide allows athletes to compare their times directly with competitors globally, making it a physical challenge and a global leaderboard battle.
With four different categories to choose from, HYROX provides options for everyone to join in the sport. Whether you are looking to take on HYROX by yourself in the Open or Pro category, or to share the experience with a teammate in the Doubles Categories, or split HYROX four ways in the Team Relay category, you will be able to find a race for you.

HYROX Events Calendar for 2025
Mark your calendars for HYROX Singapore, happening in our own backyard from June 28 to 29, 2025, this is one event that needs to be on your calendar if you’re looking to try out the sport for the first time - It's a great opportunity to join the fitness race phenomenon that's sweeping the globe.
Pros might be keen to take on an earlier challenge with HYROX Brisbane on 1 - 2 March, 2025. Other notable dates include the HYROX World Championships in Chicago from June 12-15, 2025, where the world’s best will compete at a spectacular event expected to draw a massive live and online audience.
